I was expecting something special this chapter but oh my god, I was not expecting Mashima to subvert all the expectations he's built so far and do this to us! (Spoilers ahead) Unbelievable chapter, I never thought we'd get any such 'romantic' development between the two, not that it matters much to me, but the way it was done made it matter because he used Jerza's lack of development and flipped it straight back on us with the opposite and then the STAB?! This has been the best arc of Edens Zero so far for me, wish I had more time to edit it all and be caught up :/
